Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders in your account.
- Select the order and choose the item(s) you wish to return.
- Provide a reason for the return and submit your request.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back to our warehouse address. The return address will be shared with you once your return request is approved.
Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Items without original tags and packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed:
- Wallet refund: Credited within 24 hours of inspection approval.
- Original payment method: 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
A return/restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount as configured by the store. The fee (if any) will be displayed at the time of return initiation.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free return pickup or replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order.
